今回ご紹介するWホテルクアラルンプールはマレーシアのシンボルともいえるペトロナスツインタワーが何にも遮られることなく拝める数少ないホテルです。
海外からの旅行客はもちろん、マレーシア国内に住む人でも一度は泊まってみたい！と思うホテルの一つではないでしょうか。
今回はホテルの客室、サービス、ツインタワーがどのように見えるかをご紹介します。
Wホテル
Wホテルはマリオット・インターナショナル系列のホテルで世界に展開されています。
Wはそのまま「ダブリュー」と読み、「Whatever / Whenever （お望みの物をお望みの時に）」という経営理念が由来となっています。
Wクアラルンプールはペトロナスツインタワー、またKLCCを代表とするショッピングモールSuria KLCCから徒歩圏内に位置しています。
ちーたろう2021年3月に日本初進出となる「W OSAKA」が開業しています！

Reception
レセプションフロアに着くと、Wホテルの独特のテイストが空間いっぱいに広がっていました！
チェックインしようと思ったら、どうやら元々確保されていた部屋の前の宿泊者が盛大に飲み物を零してしまって急遽別の部屋を用意する準備をしているとのことで30分ほど待つことに。
お詫びにウェルカムドリンクを…ということで同階にあるWooBarでしばらくゆっくりしていました。
※WooBarではカクテルやアラカルト、またアフタヌーンティーも楽しめる施設内レストランです
てっきり緑だからパンダンかと思った！
部屋
今回の目的は「夜に部屋からツインタワーを見る」だったので、宿泊プランは「Spectacular Room クイーンベット2台」にしました！
※先程の部屋変更でキングベットルームになりました
ちーたろう部屋からの眺望を目的とされる方は宿泊プランを選ぶ際にお気を付けください。
乳幼児連れで宿泊予定の方へ
事前に柵のようなベビーゲートがあるか問い合わせしましたが無いそうです。
ベビーベットはあるようですので乳児連れのご家族は別途問い合わせしてみて下さい。
我が家は年齢的にも本人的にも嫌がりそうなので無しで予約を進めました。
ただ今回のクイーンベット2台からキングベット1台に変更を余儀なくされたことでエキストラベッドを付けて下さいました！
これだけ横幅が出来たら娘も転げ落ちないでしょう！
我が家はこれが一番理想だったので逆によかったです。
ベッド問題が落ち着いたらとりあえずカーテン広げました！
はいどーーーーーん！！
あいにくすっきりとした晴れではなかったのですが、逆にそのせいか無機質な建造物感が強調されて圧倒されました！
これは夜が楽しみ…！！
その他のアメニティ等はこちら。
扉の陰に隠れてますが、なんとネスプレッソのコーヒーメーカーとリフィルが4個置いてありました！
上質すぎて有料かと思うぐらいの設備…！
撮り忘れましたがもちろんシャワールームもあります
子どもがいるから置いてくれたのかな。
こんなに広いデスクを置いているホテルに泊まるのは初めて！
私は旅行の時によく書き物をしたくなるのでこれは嬉しかった！
ちなみに部屋の中が異常に寒かった。。
冷房をOFFにしているのにやたらと寒いので長袖のパジャマを持っていく方がいいかもしれません！
サプライズ
今回結婚記念日ということもあり、予約時のREMARKに「結婚5周年のお祝いなので何が何でもツインタワーの見える部屋がいいです」と書いておきました。
チェックイン時のトラブルとかで部屋を急遽変更されることも無きにしも非ずかな、と思っていたので。
（Spectacular Roomではあったけど案の定部屋変わってるし書いておいてよかった！笑）
REMARKのおかげかお部屋にはこんなサプライズが！！！
サプライズがあるにしても量が凄すぎて感激しました！！
娘もさっそく塗り絵で遊んだり風船で遊んだりしていてご機嫌。
家族みんなにとって特別なホテルステイになりました！

やはり夜の方が断然綺麗ですね！
どんなに曇り空でもこの近距離であれば霞むこともなくくっきり見えます。
ツインタワーのライトアップって美しく見える絶妙な量だと思うんですよね。
変にギラギラしていないのがまた好きです。
ちーたろう部屋から見る時は部屋の明かりを全部消してから撮らないと室内が映り込んじゃいますのでご注意を…！
私のスマホで人物と夜景を撮るのはこれが限界。笑
ホテルのプールサイドからの夜景
プールエリアにはバーレストラン「WET® Deck」が隣接しています。
わーお。夜は完全にクラブ化していました。
ドゥンドゥンした音が鳴り響いていて、すごく着飾った女性やダンディな男性がいっぱい。
大きいサウンドに固まる娘。
金曜の夜だったこともあるからでしょうが、完全に子連れの私たちは場違いでした。笑
このエリアへの行き方は2つあります。
一つは宿泊者以外（チェックイン前の宿泊者も含め）も使えるエレベーターから入れるバーレストラン側の通路。
こちらには入口でガタイがいい男性が年齢確認をしています。
もう一つは宿泊者のアクセスキーでないと動かないエレベーターから行ける通路でそちらはプールサイド側に出ます。
結局は中で繋がってますし２つの出入り口は目と鼻の先なのでクラブ感満載なことには変わりないですが、クラブには用が無く夜景を撮りに行くだけの人は宿泊者側の通路から行った方がベターです。
でないとめっちゃアウェー感がすごい。笑
プールはこんな感じ。
夜は誰もプールに入っていませんでした。
というかこの写真の右側にはクラブでドゥンドゥンしている人がわんさかいるので、そんな中プールに入るツワモノはいないでしょう。
（実際入れないのかこの環境下で入りたいと思う人がいないのかは分かりません）
そんな訳で夜はお酒をより楽しむための一つの演出、という位置づけという感じでした。
そしてお目当てのツインタワーはこちら！
くぅーーーーーっ！！
やっぱり一枚窓を挟む挟まないで全然違う！
暗闇にドンッ！って感じでした。（語彙力絶望的）
空気が若すぎて居たたまれなかったので何枚か写真を撮って早々と退散しました。笑
また同じ階にジムもあります。
ちなみに日中のプールはどうなのか気になってチェックアウトの前に寄ってきました。
あいにく翌日もすっきりと晴れてくれなかったのですがそれでもこの角度でこれが拝めて満足！
ちなみに日中はプールで遊んでいる家族がいました！
キッズプールは無いので子連れの方は浮き輪など対策が必要です！

まとめ
さすがマリオットの中でもラグジュアリーを意識したホテルブランド。
高いホスピタリティとサービス、なんといってもツインタワーの絶景で大満足でした！
でもそれと同時に今後宿泊を検討している人に知っておいてほしいなと思ったのが、
「落ち着かない」
です。
「落ち着かない」理由は２つ。
①ホテル内の装飾や部屋の内装はW特有のビビットな色でまとめられている
②夜のクラブ騒ぎ
②については幸い私たちの部屋までは音は届きませんでしたが階によっては聞こえるかもしれません。
また週末を避けたらもう少し穏やかだとは思います！
クアラルンプールに旅行で来られる方で「ホテルはゆったり過ごしたい！」という方は、複数ホテルを利用するうちの1泊で十分かな、と思います！
ホテルに求めるものが人によって違うと思うので今回こういう一面もあるよ、というのを書かせていただきました！
