今回は「マレーシア移住」が世間に広く知れ渡るきっかけとなったミュージシャンのGacktさんが美味しい！と絶賛していた日本人シェフが腕を振るうフレンチレストランをご紹介します。
結婚記念日や誕生日祝いなど大事な日を過ごす場所にとっておきの場所です！
Entier French Dining
Entier French RestaurantはAlila Bangsar Kuala Lumpurというホテルの41階にあります。
41階はホテルのフロントにもなっておりそこを通り過ぎて奥に進みます。
タイトルにも記載しましたが、マレーシアに移住されていたGacktさんがご自身のYoutubeチャンネルで紹介されたのが話題となりました！
Gacktさんといえば毎年年始番組「芸能人格付けチェック」に出演されていて「味覚」を試されるコーナーで驚異的な連勝を記録しています。
毎年楽しみで見ていたのでそのGacktさんが美味しいというお店に是非行ってみたい！！！と思い今回こちらのお店を特別な日に選びました。
メニュー
今回は平日のランチタイムに伺いました。
平日のランチコースは2種類。
2品選べるコースと、3品選べるコースがあります。
メニューに記載の通り、メインからは1種類までです。
ちーたろう二度目の訪問の際にもメニューを撮ってみましたが、選べるコース料理の種類が変わっていました！季節によって変わるのかもしれませんね。
ちーたろうPrawn＆MangoやShima-Ajiは前回もありましたが、Tunaとか他にも変わっている…！
これは何度も来たくなって困る！！（誉め言葉）
料理
まず飲み物はこちらにしました。
ごめんなさい、Home-Madeに釣られて注文しましたがあまり好きじゃない味でした。
これは完全好みだと思います。（旦那も同じのを注文しましたが美味しいって言ってました）
次回来店するときは紅茶にしようと思います←
コースに付いているパンです。
このKombu Butterがものすごく美味しかったです！！！！！
濃厚でコクがあってパン何個でも食べれる味です。
旦那と取り合いになりました。笑
美味しすぎて前菜が出てくる前に全部パンを食べてしまいました。
美容液ですか？
と思うぐらいオシャレな容器に入ったChilli Oilです。
海老が好きなので前菜はこちらを選びました。
食べたことのない味だけどすごく美味しくて感動しました。
この周りの泡まで美味しかった。
メインはこちらを選びました。
ラムもほろほろ…と解ける感じで柔らかくて、このマスタードの粒がいい仕事してました…！
もう語彙力が無さ過ぎて辛い。
こちらは旦那が選んだメイン。
（旦那の前菜の写真を撮り忘れてしまいました…、、）
少しもらいましたがめちゃくちゃいいお肉で、旦那も思わず「めちゃくちゃ美味しい…」と声が漏れてました。笑
お肉好きな方はオススメ！
私も今度はこれを選ぼうかな、って思うぐらい美味しかったです！
デザートは旦那も私もこちらを選びました。
コーヒーのほろ苦さが良いバランスでした～
予約時にRemarkに何気なく「結婚5周年のお祝いで行きます」と書いたら、
このようなサービスを用意してくれました…！（泣）
2回目以降の方にオススメの注文
何度でも通いたくなるクオリティのEntierさん。
是非お試しいただきたい組み合わせが、「２品コース＋メニュー裏面のAdd-onからデザート1品注文」です。
こちらは料理がテーブルに来てから、ポルチーニクリームスープ（？）を注いでくれます。
友人が注文したものを撮らせてもらいました。ガラスのころっとしたボウルに飾られてて見た目もとても涼し気！
今度これ頼もう。
私が頼んだメインはこちら。
このオーストラリア産牛が柔らかいくお肉の甘みもあってとっても美味しかったです！
しかもかなりのボリュームがあって、ポテトも付いてきます。
デザートもあるのでポテトはお持ち帰りすることにしました。
デザートはコース料理の中には入っていない、チョコレートスフレを注文。
Google Mapのレビューで見た時からこれが気になっていました！
２品コース料理（RM128)＋チョコレートスフレ(RM 45)で３品コース料理を注文するよりも価格は上がったけどそれに見合う美味しさでした！
もうテーブルに運ばれてきた瞬間からチョコの香りが私だけではなく友人の嗅覚も刺激しました。笑
このホットデザートにアイスを合わせる組み合わせが好きでしょうがない！
是非皆さんに食べてほしい一品でした！
感想
マレーシアに来て、私の中で一番美味しくて感動したお店でした！
またランチコースというのが私にはとてもよかったです！
ディナーだと品数が多すぎてお腹いっぱいで後半が楽しめなかったり満腹でその夜寝苦しいことがあるのですが、
ランチだと午後からの活動もあるので消費できるし食べ過ぎても罪悪感無いというのも魅力的です。笑
しかし正直言うと3品コースでも結構ボリューミーでした！
何故かというと先ほどご紹介したあのKombu Butterのせい！！
あれが美味しくてパンをバクバク食べてしまったからです。笑
でもあれは美味しいので次に来店しても同じように食べてしまうだろうなと思います。
そう思うと、あまり量を食べれない人は前菜とメインの2品コースで十分なのかな、と思いました。
少し足りなければ追加メニューの方からデザートを1つ注文してシェアをすると私的にはベストかも。
一品一品感動する美味しさだったので、誕生日や特別な日にまた再訪したいと思いました！
ちなみに私が絶賛するKombu Butterはなんとオンラインでも購入出来ちゃいます。
それ以外にもギフトセット等もあるので要チェックです！

6歳以上とされています。
ただし、プライベートダイニングルームであれば6歳以下のお子さんもOKのようです。
ちーたろう私たちは今回、娘がナーサリーに行っている平日の昼間に夫婦で行ってきました。
何の扉？
これなんのマークだと思いますか？
実はこのマーク、トイレのマークでした！！！
同じ素材の扉が並んでいる中にこれがあったので、まさかトイレとは思わずこの扉を素通りしてずっとトイレを探していました。
ちーたろうオシャレすぎてもはや分かりにくい！！！！笑

ホテルの玄関側にも数台停められるようになっていますが、こちらの方が割高のようですのでお気を付けください。
